Gary J. Heinen
Gary provides consulting and legal representation to public and independent oil and gas companies on a wide variety of oil and gas matters. He possesses an extensive oil and gas litigation and title law background, with current emphasis on preparation of Energy drilling, division order and acquisition title opinions, due diligence, contract review and Energy title consultation. Gary has 30 years experience and is the Managing Partner at The Title Law Group.
Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Gary has a son and daughter-in-law, both Physical Therapists, who own Heinen Physical Therapy in Oklahoma City, and a granddaughter. Gary is married to LynDee Heinen.

Gary J. Heinen

Bill is a Senior Member Attorney of The Title Law Group PLLC. He has focused his practice in the area of Title Examination and the preparation of Drilling and Division Order Title Opinions since his admission to practice with the Oklahoma Bar Association in 1983. He represents both Independent and Major Energy Companies in relation to their operations in the States of Oklahoma, Kansas and Wyoming, as well as the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Bill has been involved with local, area and statewide Special Olympics Oklahoma since 1984. He has served on several Area Management Teams, Summer Games Committees, as well having served as a Director and Chairman of the Board of Special Olympics Oklahoma. As a former Rotary International Exchange Student to Australia, Bill is also an active member of the Rotary Club of North Oklahoma City having previously served as Club President.

Russell A. Streeter
Russell practices primarily in the areas of oil and gas and real property law, with an emphasis on mineral title examination. Russell has drafted thousands of title opinions covering lands located in Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Ohio. Prior to joining the Title Law Group, Russell was a Sr. Title Attorney for a Fortune 500 Energy Company located in Oklahoma City, OK.
He is an enthusiastic supporter of Rice University athletics and is a member of the R Association (former football letterman).
A native Oklahoman, Russell was born and raised in Mustang, Oklahoma. He currently resides in Norman, Oklahoma with his wife, Kendra, and two children, Avey and Reed. In his free time, Russell enjoys traveling and attending his kid’s sporting events.

Jennifer Bridgforth was selected to the 2020 Oklahoma Rising Stars list. Only 2.5% of attorneys in each state are selected. Jennifer represents clients in the areas of estate planning, probate, contracts, property law, and oil and gas law.
Jennifer is an experienced probate attorney and enjoys guiding her clients through the probate process. She also assists clients with estate planning, actions to quiet title, contract negotiation and review, title examination, and oil and gas accounting and royalty disputes. She enjoys assisting clients with the transfer of real property and serving as a liaison between oil and gas operators and mineral owners. Caitlin represents clients in the areas of estate planning and administration, civil litigation, business and commercial law, and oil and gas law.
Prior to working at TLG, Caitlin’s practice was focused in the areas of business and corporate transactions, estate planning, probate, and general litigation matters, including quiet title and complex oil and gas litigation. Caitlin has litigation and appellate experience, handling heavily contested matters, and briefing cases with the Supreme Court of Oklahoma. Additionally, Caitlin has practiced in the corporate setting, serving as assistant general counsel for the largest private bank in the state of Oklahoma, focusing her practice on bank regulatory matters.
Caitlin was born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma and currently resides in Edmond with her husband, Ben, their daughter, and two dogs.

Prior to joining The Title Law Group, Melissa served as the Manager of the Division Order department of a local Fortune 500 Energy company, with experience participating in many special projects and working across multiple assets, including operations in Oklahoma, Ohio, Texas, Wyoming, and Pennsylvania. Melissa also has experience as a corporate attorney in the Land department curing title for drilling and production across numerous assets.
Melissa is a native of Newark, Delaware, but is now proud to call Oklahoma her home state. She currently resides in Oklahoma City with her husband Tyler, and their son.

LynDee's great-grandparents came to Oklahoma in the Landrun of 1889. She serves the firm as an Office Manager and assists the firm with administrative and technology needs. Prior to coming to TLG, she worked in the field of training and development where she specialized in eLearning, designing, developing and managing all aspects of corporate training initiatives for 18 years.
LynDee lives in OKC with her husband, Gary Heinen, and their two spoiled-rotten Schnauzers. In her free time she loves to spend time with her step-son and daughter-in-law, and spoil her granddaughter!
