Lisa M. Black

Lisa M. Black represents clients in the area of oil and gas law with an emphasis on oil and gas title opinions, quiet title actions, probates, as well as assisting clients with the transfer of real property and serving as a liaison between oil and gas operators and mineral owners in resolving title issues and obtaining releases of suspense revenue. 

Lisa also has experience with representing businesses and individuals with various real property transactions, navigating complex family relationships, drafting curative documentation, lease negotiations, due diligence, surface title examination, and in litigating real property issues.

Lisa was born and raised in Kingfisher, Oklahoma, and now resides in Oklahoma City with her two children, Sophia and Teddy.  Lisa enjoys spending time with her children, family, and friends; attending sporting events; and is passionate about Community Service and Outreach projects, currently volunteering with the Oklahoma County Bar Association Community Service Committee.
