Gary provided consulting and legal representation to public and independent oil and gas companies on a wide variety of oil and gas matters. He possesses an extensive oil and gas litigation and title law background, with an emphasis on preparation of Energy drilling, division order and acquisition title opinions, due diligence, contract review and Energy title consultation. Gary has 30 years experience and was the Founding Partner at The Title Law Group from February 2018 until September 30, 2022.

Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Gary has a son and daughter-in-law, both Physical Therapists, who own Heinen Physical Therapy in Oklahoma City, and two granddaughters. Gary is married to LynDee Heinen who is the office manager at TLG.
