Amanda L. Fitzhugh Porter is a Senior Attorney, focusing her practice on oil and gas law, with an emphasis on title opinions—including drilling, division order, acquisition, and limited mineral analyses. With more than a decade of experience, Mandy brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to helping clients navigate the complexities of mineral rights and energy law.

In addition to her work in the oil and gas sector, Mandy also represents clients in real estate transactions and business formation matters, offering thoughtful counsel to individuals, investors, and companies alike.

Prior to joining the Title Law Group, Mandy served as a partner at a boutique litigation firm in Greensburg, Pennsylvania.

Mandy earned her B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh in 2001 and her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2011. She is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

She lives just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with her partner, Adam, and her son, Nathaniel, where they enjoy snowboarding and skiing in the winter and boating activities in the summer.
