Lisa M. Black represents clients in the area of oil and gas law with an emphasis on oil and gas title opinions, as well as assisting clients with the transfer of real property and serving as a liaison between oil and gas operators and mineral owners in resolving title issues and obtaining releases of suspense revenue. Lisa also has experience with quiet title actions, curative documentation, due diligence, and surface title examination.

Lisa was born and raised in Kingfisher, Oklahoma, and now resides in Oklahoma City with her husband, Zackary, and two children, Sophia and Teddy. Lisa enjoys volunteering in Community Outreach projects and currently volunteers with the Oklahoma County Bar Association Community Service Committee.
